Biostimulators Core Protocol

The Science

Unlike traditional dermal fillers that provide immediate volume, biostimulators such as Sculptra® and Radiesse® work by activating your body's own regenerative response. These advanced treatments stimulate collagen production gradually, improving skin structure, firmness, and overall quality over time rather than creating instant change.

When placed with precision into deeper tissue layers, these biocompatible injectables support fibroblast activity, encouraging the natural rebuilding of collagen and elastin. The result is progressive refinement — skin appears stronger, smoother, and more resilient while facial contours regain subtle structural support.

At ADARE, biostimulators are approached as a long-term longevity treatment rather than a quick fix. Results develop quietly and naturally, allowing you to look increasingly refreshed without an obvious intervention. For enhanced collagen stimulation and skin quality, many clients choose to pair biostimulators with microneedling as part of a comprehensive regenerative plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

HA Fillers act like an implant to provide immediate, localized volume. Biostimulators act like "seeds"—they trigger an inflammatory response that forces your body to grow its own collagen across a wider area over several months.
A general rule of thumb is one vial per decade of life, spread over multiple sessions. Most clients undergo an initial series of 2 to 4 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart, followed by an annual maintenance session.
The collagen you build is your own, making the results exceptionally long-lasting (typically 2 to 3 years). However, the natural aging process continues, so maintenance is recommended.
Downtime is minimal. You may experience mild swelling for a few days due to the sterile water carrier used during injection, along with a slight risk of bruising. Most return to work the next day.
