Hair Restoration Core Protocol

The Science

Hair loss and thinning can be deeply personal, but modern regenerative medicine offers powerful, non-surgical options to support scalp health and hair vitality. Hair restoration at ADARE takes a comprehensive, clinical approach to revitalizing the scalp environment and encouraging follicles to return to a healthy growth phase. Depending on the pattern and cause of shedding, treatments may include medical microneedling of the scalp combined with regenerative enhancements such as exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and customized peptide serums.

Exosomes act as cellular signaling messengers that support scalp recovery and follicular communication, while PRP — derived from your own blood — delivers concentrated growth factors that help nourish follicles and support healthier, stronger growth over time. Because hair health is often connected to internal balance, aesthetic scalp treatments are frequently paired with hormone optimization and advanced lab analysis through our Foundation Membership, creating a more comprehensive longevity-based approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

These non-surgical treatments work best if the hair follicle is dormant but still alive. If an area of the scalp has been completely bald and smooth for many years, the follicles may be dead, and surgical transplant may be the only option. An in-person consultation will determine your candidacy.
While PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) has historically been very effective, Exosomes represent the next generation of regenerative medicine. They are standardized, highly concentrated, and do not require a blood draw, often yielding faster and more potent results than PRP.
Initial restoration requires a concentrated series of treatments (usually 3-6 sessions). Once optimal density is achieved, maintenance sessions are required 1 to 2 times a year to sustain the hair growth.
The scalp is sensitive, but we mitigate discomfort using specialized medical numbing agents prior to the procedure, making it highly tolerable.
