Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Oxygen at pressure for repair and recovery.
The Protocol
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Core Protocol
The Science
Oxygen plays a fundamental role in the body's natural healing and recovery processes. Under normal conditions, oxygen is carried primarily by red blood cells. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) uses a pressurized clinical chamber to increase the amount of oxygen dissolved in blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, and surrounding tissues — supporting delivery to areas where circulation may be compromised due to inflammation, trauma, or chronic stress.
This increased oxygenation is associated with support for new blood vessel formation, inflammation management, and enhanced cellular repair. HBOT is increasingly recognized for its role in surgical recovery, athletic performance support, neurological wellness, and overall systemic resilience.
At ADARE, HBOT is offered as both a standalone wellness treatment and as part of a layered recovery strategy. Many clients choose to combine HBOT with IV & IM Therapy or peptide therapy for comprehensive systemic support.

The Experience
1
Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation
Before your first session, a clinical evaluation is performed to confirm that pressurized oxygen therapy is safe and appropriate based on your health history and current wellness status.
2
Guided Chamber Session
You'll be guided into our spacious, modern chamber for a session typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The environment is comfortable and well-lit, allowing you to rest, read, or listen to audio during your dive.
3
Monitored Compression and Recovery
Trained technicians monitor the compression and decompression phases throughout, ensuring comfort and safety from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
Unlike older "tube" style chambers, our modern HBOT enclosures are highly spacious, well-lit, and feature large viewing windows. You can comfortably read, use your phone, listen to podcasts, or simply sleep during your dive.
Yes. As the chamber pressurizes (the "descent"), you will feel pressure in your ears exactly as you would when an airplane is landing. Our technicians will coach you on simple clearing techniques (like yawning or swallowing) to ensure total comfort.
Not only can you, but it is highly recommended by top surgeons. HBOT drastically reduces post-surgical swelling, incredibly minimizes bruising, and significantly lowers the risk of infection by super-oxygenating the compromised surgical tissue.
We require you to wear comfortable, 100% cotton clothing. To ensure safety in an oxygen-rich environment, no synthetic fabrics (nylon, polyester), perfumes, makeup, or electronics with certain battery types are permitted.
