Dermal Fillers

Structure, symmetry, definition.

Dermal Fillers Core Protocol

The Science

Dermal fillers are advanced hyaluronic acid–based injectables designed to restore volume, soften deeper folds, and enhance natural facial structure. Over time, changes in bone density, collagen production, and fat pad positioning can contribute to hollowing, loss of definition, and subtle facial descent.

At ADARE, our philosophy is structural and intentional. We do not chase lines — we support the underlying framework of the face. Through precise placement along key architectural points such as the cheeks, jawline, chin, and lips, our injectors create lift, balance, and hydration that feel refined and authentically you.

Lip treatments are designed to enhance shape and softness while preserving proportion and movement — never overdone. For clients seeking a more comprehensive longevity-focused approach, dermal fillers are often paired with neurotoxins to address both volume changes and expression-related lines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Longevity depends heavily on the specific product used, the injection area, and your individual metabolism. Generally, lip fillers last 6-12 months, while structural fillers used in cheeks or jawlines can last 12-24 months.
Never. The "overfilled" look stems from poor technique and product choice. Our providers use minimal product strategically placed to mimic natural bone and fat structures.
We ensure your comfort at all times. We use compounded topical anesthetics prior to treatment, and most modern fillers contain lidocaine integrated directly into the gel to numb the area from the inside.
Because we use Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers, the results are completely reversible. If necessary, we can inject an enzyme called Hylenex to safely dissolve the filler within days.
Fillers are best for immediate volume and contouring. Biostimulators are better for building long-term collagen and treating widespread skin laxity. Often, we use both in a comprehensive plan.
